Healing doesn't aways begin with an answer. Sometimes it begins with feeling safe enough to be yourself.

For much of my life, some of the things that seemed unusual to other people simply felt natural to me.

I have always had a natural ability to feel people beyond their words - to sense their emotions, their energy, and sometimes what is happening beneath the surface before they are able to put it into words themselves.

What others sometimes describe as intuition, channeling, or energetic awareness has never felt extraordinary to me. It has simply been part of how I experience the world.

Over time, I began to understand that I didn't need to prove or explain these abilities for them to have meaning. I could simply share what came naturally to me in a way that might help someone else.

That realization is at the heart of the work I offer today.

Thought QHHT, conversation, Reiki, energy work, and spiritual guidance, I create a space where you can slow down, explore what is happening within you, and listen more closely to your own inner voice.

Sometimes that means gently reconnecting with a part of yourself that has been waiting to be heard - your inner child. I may guide you inward, helping you create a safe space to listen, connect, and begin a conversation with that part of yourself with compassion and understanding.

I don't speak for your inner child. I help you create the space to hear them yourself.

I don't believe every person needs the same type of session, and I don't approach every session with a predetermined answer.

Sometimes our work may go very deep, Sometimes what is needed is clarity. Sometimes it is energy work. Sometimes an intuitive message arises.

And sometimes the most meaningful thing is simply having a safe, open conversation.

My Role is not to tell you how to live your life.

It is to meet you where you are, share what I genuinely perceive, and help you reconnect with the wisdom that already exists within you.

I believe spiritual work can be profound without being dramatic.

It can also be warm, curious, grounded - and very human.

That's the space I hope to create when you work with me.
